Botten Levinson Lawyers Undergraduate Clerkship Position

Description:

We are currently seeking 1-2 undergraduate clerks for an ongoing casual position. Ideally you will be in your 2-3rd year of your law degree. The role will be based in our Adelaide Office 1-2 days per week working with our clerk team and senior legal secretary, along with our senior lawyers (including managing principals). It is a varied position which will include:

  • Research tasks

  • Filing Court Documents

  • Court searches

  • Assembling Briefs

  • Attending court hearings

  • Attending court conferences

  • Legal administrative tasks
